The Story: My firm had interviewed several times with a prospective client. We repeatedly made their shortlists but never won in the final interviews. This time the pursuit was for two projects, with interviews back to back over two days. A very grueling set up – compounded by the fact that our proposed teams for the two projects contained different firms and people with only a few individuals overlapping between the two presentations and over 15 to 20 people to prepare and choreograph. Through two days of intensive work, Geoffrey pulled the disparate groups together and created a cohesive, articulate winning team.

The difference in working with Geoffrey is he was able to establish a deep bond with each participant that created implicit trust, harnessing our energy and willingness to take his direction and counsel.
